I found it interesting how this logo translates from a horizontal design to a square design. The horizontal logo is more tradition with the skier logo on the left and the company to the right of it. The designer of the this logo successfully transforms this logo to a square version to put on a small sign. The C, O, and G all align perfectly on the left side as they all are letterforms based on circles. The R extends downwards to become the L, and the stop where the I is dotted. Everything in this logo is perfectly spaced even when the ski head sitting in the corner.
