The typography of the main text on this chip bag has a good hierarchy with the rest of the design; dark colors are used over the light yellow bag, which allows the text to stand out. The banner at the top does not go with the rest of the bag, so I don’t like that added element at the top.  However, I enjoy the graphic on the front because it gives the bag a balanced composition and goes along with the chip theme.
